As Practice Manager, he leads with both vision and care, helping the team provide the highest level of dental services in a way that is both accessible and trustworthy. Barrett is committed to our mission of helping patients feel comfortable and valued, knowing that finding a dentist you can trust is one of the most important steps in whole health.

Barrett brings his background in healthcare leadership and his MBA training into every detail of the clinic’s operations, from team development to patient communication. His focus on integrity, excellence, and empathy reflects our core values and creates a culture where both patients and team members can thrive.

Outside the clinic, Barrett enjoys cycling, hiking, reading, woodworking, and—most of all—spending time with his wife, Whitney, and their three children. His love for learning, adventure, and family carries into his work, where he strives to build a practice that is both professional and personal, grounded in care and connection.
